It is difficult. I felt overwhelmed and stressed the whole time. But with hard work and discipline, I was able to complete all the required courses and earn some free time. I usually hangout with my friends. We went shopping, watch movies and work out in the gym. I enjoyed my time in college, and I believe you will too : )

I didn’t find university very hard, actually. I suppose I could have worked harder :} — You’ll have to make a few changes to your life when you are in uni: 1) Time management — you can’t leave things until the last minute (studying for exams, doing projects) 2) Working by a schedule use a calendar program (like google calendar) and keep your schedule in there, know when stuff is due and when exams are and when your classes occur. 3) Make sure you get lots of sleep 4) Definitely find time to have fun. Uni is the most fun a lot of people have in their lives.

In college, I enjoyed my classes and worked hard for good grades. I also had time to hang out with my friends and participate in sports.
There were definitely times around exams when I was so busy all the time with studying but after exams and project deadlines, it was back to the normal routine.
Wish you luck in your college years and have fun! 🙂

I worked a full-time job during college (which is not typical and I do not recommend it). At times I was taking 12-18 credits, working 40 hours, and conducting research. So, no, I really did not have time for friends. But I think I demonstrated that there is time out side of classes and studying to fill how you please.

I played soccer and basketball the first two years of college and then I realized D3 women’s basketball wasn’t going to be a full time job in my future so I focused more on studying. I think time management and studying was the most difficult things I learned how to do!
