• Question: Why do some people get ear aches and some don't?

      There’s lots of reasons people get ear aches. Some people might be exposed to more infections than others (because of school, or day care in younger kids). We also have these things called Eustachian tubes that help drain the middle ear (the thing that usually gets infected when you get ear ache) — some people have smaller tubes that are more likely to get blocked and so they are more likely to get ear aches. … But sometimes, it’s just bad luck!
