I’m sorry, I am not an expert in this and can’t answer your question.

There are a few duplication syndromes on 10q. Without knowing exactly which one you want to know about it’s hard to tell you exactly what can be done. Generally, however, the treatment for most of these syndromes is to manage the symptoms either with drugs or surgery. If you have a family member with 10q microduplication, then you should discuss this with your parents or ask the doctor or genetic counselor that’s looking after your family member. It’s important to remember these people are there to answer your questions, and this question is a very good one to ask.

Thanks Kiera! I am not an expert in genetic diseases. I checked out this syndrome after your question and learned that people who have duplication (also there are cases of triplication) of 10q have one intact chromosome 10, but there is also a duplicated segment of the q arm of the chromosome Note that each chromosome has a p arm -short and a q arm-long. The duplication of different regions of 10q impacts learning and physical development.
In terms of treatment, the papers I found mostly discussed support groups for the people with this genetic disease and ways to treat the outcomes (such as lack of coordination) resulting from 10q duplication. -

I think Matt and Sahra gave you some great information. I was also going to say without knowing which duplication it is hard to say but I agree with their comments!
