  Great question! I started out loving chemistry because it was like math but with real life things. I had to take a biology course as a prerequisite and just fell in love with it. Instead of a yes/no area of study like chemistry and math- there was all this stuff that people hadn’t figured out. I wanted to figure that stuff out and signed up to be a biology major as soon as I could!
