Question: You said that you would have been a doctor if not a scientist so do you deal in cancer because it still is kind of medical-ish?

  That’s a great point!
  I still work with cancer because I have a personal connection to it but I would not be good at seeing patients at their bedside. As I took care of mu grandparent that were dying I realized I could never do that- take care of patients that were dying. What I could do is figure out why- so I focused on that. It drove me to try and help!
